Fishguard
From Fishguard we venture to St David’s, Britain’s smallest city whose cathedral is one of the great historic shrines of Christendom. Set on the site of an earlier 6th century monastery built by St David, the patron saint of Wales, the cathedral has been a site of pilgrimage and worship for more than 800 years. Picton Castle is a magnificent 14th century stronghold set within 50 acres of enchanting gardens and woodlands.
