Attadale Gardens was skilfully restored by their owner Nick MacPherson as an artist’s garden after the 1980 storm, with an impressive sculpture collection scattered throughout the 20 acre site.

We sail the coast of Sutherland to Gairloch to visit the ancient walled garden at Dundonnell House, filled with camellias, magnolias and bulbs in spring, rhododendrons and a laburnum walk.

Armadale, Isle of Skye
Originally laid out by Lord Macdonald in the early 19th century, the woodland gardens at Armadale Castle allow you to wander amidst 40 acres of trees, shrubs and flowers and take in panoramic views in a peaceful oasis.

Craignure, Isle of Mull
The remote, hidden gem of Lip na Cloiche Garden is situated on a steep hillside on the north-west coast of Mull, with views of Ulva, the Treshnish Isles and Ben More.

Corpach
After sailing Loch Linnhe, we reach the Caledonian Canal at Corpach and take the mountain gondola to the summit of Aonach Mòr for breathtaking vistas of the Nevis Range.

Inverness
After a scenic sail of the canal and the lochs of the Great Glen, we arrive in Inverness for a walking tour of the city. Alternatively discover a wealth of flora and fauna at Cawdor Castle. The castle boasts three very different gardens each with their own unique history and appearance.
