Tuesday 8th September
As guests embarked in Oban, the voyage got underway and we lay at anchor in the calm of Kilchoan Bay.
Wednesday 9th September
This morning we visited the Isle of Rum, where guests went ashore for walks across the island.
In the afternoon we called at the Isle of Canna, again with walks ashore on offer, and Canna House opened its doors for those who wished to visit.
That night we anchored in Lochboisdale, South Uist.
Thursday 10th September
A coach was laid on the following morning to take guests on a tour of the Uists for the day, taking in the Kildonan Museum, with a Hebridean Princess picnic lunch served ashore in the village hall.
That night we anchored in East Loch Tarbert, Harris.
Friday 11th September
Today our panoramic tour of Harris included Rodel church and a tweed weaving demonstration at Northton.
We spent the afternoon cruising around the Shiant Isles, and around dinner time we arrived and berthed alongside in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, where local entertainers came on board after dinner.
Saturday 12th September
Our morning tour was to explore the historic sites of the Callanish Stones and Dun Carloway Broch, while others chose to explore Stornoway independently.
We spent the afternoon cruising The Minch on passage towards our overnight anchorage, coming to rest that night in Shieldaig.
Sunday 13th September
This morning, guests were tendered ashore or enjoyed speed boats rides in the loch ahead of enjoying a drive to Applecross via the Bealach na Ba road, while others opted for walks ashore in Shieldaig.
In the afternoon we cruised beneath the Skye Bridge, through the Narrows, Kyle Rhea and the Sound of Sleat, on passage towards our overnight anchorage in Mingary Bay.
Monday 14th September
The following morning we called at Kilchoan, where minibuses took guests to visit the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse. In the afternoon, from our anchorage in Tobermory Bay, the local boat departed to take guests to visit the Isle of Staffa.
We anchored in Charlotte Bay overnight and the farewell gala dinner was held this evening.
Tuesday 15th September
Guests disembarked in Oban after breakfast and we wish them a safe journey home.
