Tuesday 30th August to Tuesday 6th September.

Cross the Sea of the Hebrides and experience all that the Outer Hebrides have to offer. From the Isle of Barra in the south, to Stornoway on Lewis in the north, taking in The Uists, Harris and the Shiant Isles, where ancient history and traditions combine with magnificent scenery.

Tuesday 30th August.

Guests were piped aboard in Oban before we weighed anchor and set sail for our overnight anchorage in Bloody Bay off the Isle of Mull.

Wednesday 31st August.
After a morning cruising the Sea of the Hebrides, guests enjoyed the thrill of a beach landing on Vatersay in the afternoon for walks along the beach.

We anchored overnight off Lochboisdale, South Uist.

Thursday 1st September.
From Lochboisdale, guests disembarked for a full day tour of the Uists, including a Hebridean picnic lunch ashore. Hebridean Princess sailed for Lochmaddy, North Uist, where guests re-joined the ship later in the afternoon.
We anchored overnight in East Loch Tarbert, Harris.

Friday 2nd September.
Our island tour of Harris included Horgabost beach this morning.

During lunch we sailed to the renowned bird and wildlife haven of the Shiant Isles for an afternoon beach landing.

We arrived and berthed alongside in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, this evening where we remained overnight.

Saturday 3rd September.
From Stornoway we explored the largest and most northerly of the Hebrides, Lewis. Our morning tour included the ancient Callanish Standing Stones and Dun Carloway Broch.

After lunch, guests visited the Lews Castle Museum which tells the island’s stories from land and sea.

We remained alongside overnight in Stornoway.

Sunday 4th September.
We spent this morning cruising on passage to Portree, Isle of Skye, for a late afternoon visit and walks in the town. We remained at anchor in Portree bay overnight.

Monday 5th September.
Our final day was spent at sea cruising round the north of Skye and past the west coast of Skye, past the Small Isles and into the Sound of Mull.
The Farewell Gala reception and dinner were held at anchor in Charlotte Bay off Kerrera.

Tuesday 6th September.
We sailed into Oban early this morning where disembarkation took place.
