Scotland is rightly proud of its wonderful natural larder and those who produce mouth-watering creations. Join Hebridean Princess on this gastronomic voyage as we explore the wonderful culinary offerings of the Highlands and Islands.

Tuesday 21 April
We began the voyage in Oban, where guests embarked throughout the day. By evening, we had sailed to Colonsay and settled at anchor for a peaceful first night on board.

Wednesday 22 April
Our morning took us ashore at Scalasaig on Colonsay. Guests enjoyed a short walk to the Village Hall for Andrew Abraham’s engaging “Oysters and Honey” talk and tasting.

In the afternoon, we continued to the Isle of Iona, where many explored the historic Iona Abbey and its tranquil surroundings.

We later anchored overnight in Loch Scresort.

Thursday 23 April
We spent the morning cruising along Skye’s dramatic northwest coast en route to Loch Dunvegan. Guests visited Dunvegan Castle and joined boat trips to spot local seal colonies. Lunch was a highlight, served at the renowned Three Chimneys Restaurant.

In the late afternoon, we cruised along Skye’s northern coastline before arriving in Gairloch, where we berthed during dinner and remained overnight.

Friday 24 April
A morning coach excursion took guests to the Gairloch Museum, offering insight into the region’s rich heritage. After departing, we sailed to Shieldaig, where guests were transported to The Torridon for a delightful afternoon tea, arranged in two groups. There was also time to enjoy walks ashore.

That evening, we anchored off the Isle of Raasay.

Saturday 25 April
Guests began the day with visits to Raasay Distillery and leisurely walks across the island, with Raasay House open for refreshments.

In the afternoon, we travelled to Inverie on the Knoydart Peninsula. Here, guests explored the area and visited The Old Forge, mainland Britain’s most remote pub. We remained at anchor off Inverie overnight.

Sunday 26 April
Following a scenic morning cruise towards the Isle of Mull, we berthed in Tobermory for the afternoon. Guests visited the Isle of Mull Cheese Farm and enjoyed time in the colourful harbour town.

We anchored in Tobermory overnight.

Monday 27 April
We visited the Isle of Eriska, where guests explored the grounds and enjoyed lunch at the Isle of Eriska Hotel. Later in the day, we berthed in Craignure on the Isle of Mull for a special visit to Duart Castle, including a Champagne reception hosted by Sir Lachlan MacLean.

That evening, we anchored in Charlotte Bay.

Tuesday 28 April
Our journey concluded in Oban, where guests disembarked after a memorable week exploring Scotland’s west coast and islands.
