Friday 30th August to Tuesday 3rd September 2024

Always spellbinding, the Inner Hebrides are simply magical, clothed in iridescent late summer tints. Absorb the utter peace and seclusion of Iona Abbey, and listen to the rhythm of the waves echoing in the cavernous basalt columns of Fingal’s cave on Staffa from the reassuring comfort of this delightful little ship.

Friday 30th August

Once embarkation had taken place in Oban, se set sail for our overnight anchorage in Bloody Bay off the Isle of Mull.

Saturday 31st August

After breakfast, guests stepped ashore on the Isle of Coll for morning walks to explore this island paradise fringed by stunning sandy beaches and lapped by a turquoise sea.

During lunch we sailed to the neighbouring isle of Tiree for an afternoon visit to the Skerryvore Lighthouse Museum housed in the old signal tower.

We anchored overnight off Bunessan, Isle of Mull.

Sunday 1st September

The tranquil and sacred isle of Iona played host to our morning visit to the restored Benedictine Abbey or walks to the ‘Bay at the back of the Ocean’.

We remained at in the Sound of Iona in the afternoon and a local Staffa Tours boat came alongside to collect our guests and take them to visit the Isle of Staffa and the legendary Fingal’s Cave.

We anchored in Loch Tuath overnight.

Monday 2nd September

A morning visit to the Isle of Ulva allowed guests to explore this traffic-free haven, a paradise for wildlife.

Our final port of call was the colourful harbour town of Tobermory, Isle of Mull, for an afternoon of free time to the town.

The farewell gala dinner was held at anchor in Oban Bay.

Tuesday 3rd September
