Experience the Channel Island beauty of Guernsey, Sark, Herm, Jersey and Alderney and uncover the delights of Cherbourg as Hebridean Princess embarks on this wonderful Anglo-French itinerary.
Friday 1st August
Once embarkation had been completed in Portland, we sailed to our overnight anchorage in Weymouth Bay.
Saturday 2nd August
We spent this morning cruising the English Channel on passage towards France. After arrival in Cherbourg, guests embarked on a horse drawn carriage tour of the city.









We remained alongside in Cherbourg overnight.
Sunday 3rd August
After a morning spent cruising the English Channel on passage towards Jersey, we arrived in Saint Helier, for a tour of Mont Orgueil Castle.

During dinner we sailed to St Peter Port, Guernsey where we remained alongside overnight.
Monday 4th August
This morning guests were split into groups, one going on excursion in the morning, while the other group can enjoy free time to explore the town. In the afternoon, they were then swapped over! The excursion was by vintage Twinkle bus to visit the Little Chapel, the National Trust of Guernsey Folk & Costume Museum, and Sausmarez Park. During the outing guests had the opportunity to taste traditional Guernsey gache (fruit loaf) with Guernsey butter.











We remained alongside in St Peter Port, Guernsey overnight.
Tuesday 5th August
This morning’s visit was a guided tour of Castle Cornet which has guarded the entrance to St Peter Port harbour for 800 years.





In the afternoon, guests embarked on the local boat to Herm for walks on the island.

Wednesday 6th August
After breakfast, guests took the local boat to Sark Island for a full day including La Seigneurie Gardens, lunch and a trip on the island’s famous horse-drawn carriages.

Thursday 7th August
Early this morning we departed St Peter Port, bound for our 5th and final Channel Island, Alderney. We arrived and berthed alongside in Braye, for a visit to the Alderney Railway station for a ride on the train where diesel locomotives pull London Underground carriages to the lighthouse which was built in 1912.






The final afternoon was spent cruising the English Channel on passage towards our overnight anchorage in Weymouth Bay.
Friday 8th August
Guests disembarked in Portland after breakfast and were waved farewell by the Captain, his officers and crew. We wish them all a safe onward journey.
