Tuesday 21st to Tuesday 28th October 2025

Relax and enjoy Scotland’s west coast as we cruise north to Gairloch exploring remote villages, world renowned gardens, ancient castles, a highland estate, and some of the most breathtaking scenery Scotland has to offer, all from the comfort of Hebridean Princess.

Tuesday 21st October

Guests embarked in Oban this afternoon. Once the mandatory safety drills were complete, we sailed to our overnight anchorage in Craignure.

Wednesday 22nd October

Guests settled into life on board as we spent the morning cruising Kyle Rhea, under the Skye Bridge and the Inner Sound on passage towards the Isle of Skye.

Ashore at Portree, guests enjoyed a panoramic tour of the Trotternish Peninsula which included the Museum of Island Life, Flora MacDonald’s grave and Kilt Rock.

We berthed alongside in Gairloch overnight.

Thursday 23rd October

Our morning visit was the sub-tropical oasis of Inverewe Garden, Sir Osgood Mackenzie’s masterpiece.

Sailing south from Gairloch during lunch, we arrived at Shieldaig for afternoon walks ashore.

We berthed alongside at Kyle of Lochalsh overnight.

Friday 24th October

The pretty conservation village of Plockton played host to morning walks around the village which nestles on the shores of Loch Carron.

After lunch, guests toured Attadale Gardens with owner Joanna MacPherson.

We remained alongside in Kyle of Lochalsh and local entertainers came on board after dinner.

Saturday 25th October

From Kyle guests travelled to Eilean Donan Castle to discover this iconic Scottish castle which is located on its own island where three great sea lochs meet.

Onwards to Loch Nevis to explore the remote village of Inverie for afternoon walks ashore.

We anchored in Inverie overnight.

Sunday 26th October

We spent the morning cruising past the Small Isles, around the Ardnamurchan Point and into the Sound of Mull on passage towards Loch Sunart. In the afternoon we visited Salen, for walks ashore or to visit the Resipole Art Studio.

We anchored off Lismore overnight.

Monday 27th October

During breakfast we sailed into Loch a’Choire for walks on the Kingairloch Estate, a 14,000 acre highland estate.

Our final port of call was Ballachulish to uncover the dark secrets of Glencoe at the visitor centre.

We anchored overnight at Craignure where the Farewell Gala Dinner was held.

Tuesday 28th October

As guests disembarked in Oban they were waved a fond farewell by the Captain and crew.
