Tuesday 7th November

When all guests had safely embarked at Greenock Ocean Terminal, we sailed to our overnight berth in Brodick, Isle of Arran.

Wednesday 8th November

Our first port of call was Brodick on the Isle of Arran where guests toured the newly-opened Lagg Distillery.

In the afternoon, we cruised around Holy Isle on passage to our overnight anchorage off Rothesay, Isle of Bute overnight.

Thursday 9th November

During breakfast we sailed to Largs for our morning visit to Hunterston House and Castle, seat of the Clan Hunter.

In the afternoon, a coach took guests to visit Ardgowan House, the Georgian treasure designed by Hugh Cairncross.

We anchored in Holy Loch overnight.

Friday 10th November

Ashore at Rhu Marina, guests travelled to Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s masterpiece, The Hill House which has been covered with a protective steel frame structure covered in a chainmail mesh designed to protect the house from the rain. 

Guests spent the afternoon relaxing on board as we sailed the Upper Clyde towards Glasgow and return.

The Farewell Gala Dinner was held at anchor off Greenock and the haggis was addressed by guest David Bird.

Saturday 11th November

We shall spend the day in Greenock tomorrow conducting passenger disembarkation/embarkation.
