22nd to 29th March 2022

As we set sail from Oban for the first time in 2022, we enjoy the contrasts of wild, untamed beinns and glens with the beauty of picture postcard villages, diverse islands and scenic lochs as they awaken in spring.

Tuesday, 22nd March

After embarkation was complete, we set sail from Oban on passage to our overnight anchorage in Loch A’Choire.

Wednesday, 23rd March

This morning guests disembarked to explore the Kingairloch Estate & The Boathouse.

During lunch we sailed Loch Linnhe to Fort William, where guests visited the Glenfinnan Monument, a moving tribute to those who died fighting the Jacobite cause.

We anchored overnight in Bloody Bay.

Thursday, 24th March

After sailing into Loch Sunart, guests went ashore at Salen for walks in the ancient oakwood.

Our afternoon visit was the Ardnamurchan Adelphi Distillery in Glenmore Bay, before sailing to our overnight anchorage in Tobermory Bay.

Friday, 25th March

On the Small Isle of Eigg, guests enjoyed morning walks ashore before sailing into Loch Nevis where the Gazebo Arms was set up at Inverie.

After dinner we will arrived at Kyle of Lochalsh, where we remained alongside overnight.

Saturday, 26th March

This morning a coach transported guests to visit the iconic Eilean Donan Castle which sits on an island where three lochs meet.

In the afternoon we visited Raasay, where guests enjoyed walks on the island and visited Raasay House for refreshments.

We anchored off Portree tonight.

Sunday, 27th March

This morning guests were taken on coach tour of the Trotternish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye.

Our afternoon port of call was Plockton, where guests explored the picturesque village on foot, nestled in a sheltered palm, tree lined bay on Loch Carron.

We anchored off Plockton overnight.

Monday, 28th March

We spent the morning cruising the Narrows, Kyle Rhea and the Sound of Sleat on passage towards the Isle of Muck for afternoon walks ashore.

The Farewell Gala Dinner was held at anchor in Oban Bay.

Tuesday, 29th March

After an early morning sail into Oban, guests disembarked and we hope they enjoyed their cruise.
