Springtime Surprise

Tuesday 29th April to Tuesday 6th May 2025

Embark on a voyage into the unknown and join us on our Springtime Surprise cruise where only the Captain knows our course.

Tuesday 29th April

With a sense of anticipation, guests embarked in Oban and we set sail for our overnight anchorage in Kentallan Bay.

Wednesday 30th April

The first port of call on this mystery cruise was Fort William guests travelled to the Nevis Range for a ride on the Gondola up Aonoch Mor.

The afternoon was spent relaxing on board cruising Loch Linnhe, the Sound of Mull, rounding the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, heading north on passage towards our overnight anchorage in Loch na Dal where the Welcome Gala reception was held on the Skye deck.

Thursday 1st May

Ashore at Kyle of Lochalsh, guests enjoyed a visit to Attadale Gardens.

After spending the afternoon sailing under the Skye Bridge and the Inner Sound, we arrived at our overnight anchorage in Loch Ewe.

Friday 2nd May

This morning guests were piped ashore at Loch Ewe for the excursion to Inverewe Garden.

During lunch on board we cruised to Ullapool for the afternoon visit to Corrieshalloch Gorge or explore Ullapool independently.

We remained alongside in Ullapool overnight.

Saturday 3rd May

After a morning sail over the Minch, we arrived in Stornoway for an afternoon tour of the Gearrannan Black House Village and the Callanish Standing Stones.

We anchored overnight in East Loch Tarbert off the Isle of Harris.

Sunday 4th May

Our morning tour of Harris included Rodel Church and Horgabost beach.

During the afternoon we sailed over The Minch towards our overnight anchorage in Loch Scavaig off the Isle of Skye.

Monday 5th May

The final morning of the cruises was spent enjoying walks from Loch Scavaig around the shores of Loch Coruisk with the hamper providing much needed refreshments.
