3rd May - Westward to Harris and Lewis

Join Hebridean Princess as she explores the Inner and Outer Hebrides, including the Small Isle of Eigg and larger neighbour Skye, along with the Outer Isles of Harris and Lewis, along with the Outer Isle of Harris and the uninhabited Shiant Isles.

10th May

This morning we cruised into Oban where disembarkation took place.

9th May

This morning we berthed alongside in Armadale for a visit to Armadale Castle and the Clan Donald Centre which depicts the history of this once powerful clan.

During lunch we cruised to our final port of call, the Small Isle of Eigg, for walks on the island in the sunshine.

The Farewell Gala Dinner was held this evening, out on the Skye Deck for the first time this year!

8th May

At the pretty conservation village of Shieldaig guests went ashore to explore on foot.

During lunch we cruised to Raasay for walks on the island and refreshments at Raasay House.

7th May

This morning, from Tarbert, guests enjoyed a tour of Harris which included Rodel Church, Luskentyre Beach and a weaving demonstration.

The afternoon was spent cruising past the Shiant Isles on passage towards our overnight anchorage in Loch Torridon.

6th May

From Loch Ewe we steamed to Stornoway for a full day tour of the Isle of Lewis including the Butt of Lewis, Callanish Standing Stones and Carloway Broch.

We berthed in Stornoway overnight.

5th May

Sailing northwards we spent the morning relaxing on board ahead of our afternoon visit to Inverewe Garden from Loch Ewe.

We remained at anchor overnight in Loch Ewe.

4th May

This morning was spent cruising around Ardnamurchan, past the Small Isles, through the Sound of Sleat and Kyle Rhea, and under the Skye Bridge on passage towards Plockton where rainbows could be seen.

After lunch guests visited Attadale Gardens with its eclectic collection of sculpture.

3rd May

Following embarkation we departed from Oban and sailed through the Sound of Mull towards our overnight anchorage in Bloody Bay.
