Made up of five islands and three stacs, the double UNESCO World Heritage Site of St Kilda is the highlight of the cruise, however there are other ancient sites, medieval castles and seabird cliffs to enjoy.

We went ashore at Salen for walks in the Sunart ancient oakwoods this morning.

As we sailed during lunch a pair of White Tailed Eagles were spotted at the entrance to Loch Sunart before we rounded Ardnamurchan Point on passage to the Isle of Rum.

Going ashore on Rum guests enjoyed walks and a guided tour of Kinloch Castle.

We remained at anchor overnight in Loch Scresort, Rum, where the Welcome Gala Reception was held out on deck.

The neighbouring Small Isle of Canna played host to morning walks.

In the afternoon we cruised into Loch Dunvegan, Isle of Skye to explore the castle which has been home to the Clan MacLeod for over 800 years.
