Day One
Embarkation in Bergen. Cruising the islands to our overnight anchorage.
Day Two
Morning – walk to St Olav’s English Church, Balestrand. Afternoon – cruising to Lærdal. Captain’s Welcome Gala Dinner. Overnight anchorage.
Day Three
Morning – visit to the Norwegian Wild Salmon Centre at Lærdal. Afternoon – cruising to Undredal for a visit to the stave Church of St Nicholas, with a goat’s cheese tasting. Overnight berth at Undredal.
Day Four
Early morning sail to Flåm for a ride on the railway. Overnight berth at Styvi in UNESCO World Heritage Nærøyfjord.
Day Five
Early morning sail to Gudvangen. Morning and afternoon – drive to Vik, visiting Stalheim Museum, re-joining the ship at Vik. Late afternoon – cruising to Fjærland.
Day Six
Morning – visit to Supphelle Glacier and the Glacier Museum, Fjærland. Afternoon – cruising to Eivindvik. Overnight berth.
Day Seven
Morning – cruising through the islands and skerries to Lonevåg, Østerøya. Afternoon – walk down the Koss Valley or a visit to the Farm Museum. Gala Dinner. Overnight anchorage.
Day Eight
Early morning sail to Bergen. Disembarkation of guests flying back to the UK. Day and night North Sea crossing to Scrabster, Caithness.
Day Nine
Disembarkation in Scrabster.
