Day One
Embarkation in Scrabster, Caithness. Overnight North Sea passage.
Day Two
Full day at sea en route for Bergen, Norway, arriving late evening. Embarkation of guests arriving by air. Overnight berth at Bergen.
Day Three
A scenic cruise through Raunefjord to Hardangerfjord. Captain’s Welcome Gala Dinner. After-dinner strolls ashore. Overnight berth at Rosendal.
Day Four
Morning – visit by pony and trap to the Barony and Rose Garden. Afternoon – cruising to our overnight anchorage in Hardangerfjord.
Day Five
Morning – walking tour of Herand, viewing the rock carvings. Cruising during lunch to Utne. Afternoon – visit to Hardanger Folk Museum, Utne. Late afternoon – cruising Ulvikfjord to Ulvik. Local folk dance performance. Overnight berth at Ulvik.
Day Six
Morning – strolls at Ulvik. Afternoon – nature walks from Eidfjord, visiting Vøringsvossen Waterfall. Overnight berth at Kinsarvik.
Day Seven
Early morning cruise to Fyksesund and Botnen. Morning – visit to an old farm from Botnen village. Afternoon – cruising down Hardangerfjord. Gala Dinner. Overnight anchorage at the entrance of Hardangerfjord.
Day Eight
Morning – visit to Espevær with a tour of the Hummerpark. Afternoon – cruising to Lysøen. An evening concert at Ole Bull’s villa. Overnight anchorage offshore.
Day Nine
Disembarkation in Bergen.
