Embarkation in Oban.
Friday 21st May
Iona, Staffa and Coll
Visit the famed Iona Abbey, central to the Iona community, or enjoy a
stunning walk to the ‘Bay at the Back of the Ocean’. Cruise past Staffa,
site of Fingal’s Cave, for more delightful walks on Coll. Captain’s
Welcome Gala Dinner in the evening.
Saturday 22nd May
Berneray, Mingulay or Pabbay
Hebridean Princess sails into the Sea of the Hebrides to cruise the most
westerly Outer Isles of Mingulay, Pabbay and Berneray. A beach landing
on one of the Isles will afford some fine afternoon walks.
Sunday 23rd May
Castlebay on Barra
Keen walkers can enjoy the marvellous flora and fauna of tiny Vatersay
whilst others can enjoy a coach tour of Barra.
Monday 24th May
Shiant Isles and East Loch Tarbert on Harris
The privately owned Shiant Isles are a haven for birdlife and the
perfect place for a beach landing. On Harris, either explore the remote
western coast or take an island tour.
Tuesday 25th May
Eigg
Owned by the community and with many fascinating historical
remains, the Isle of Eigg offers a fascinating visit, including a walk to
towering An Sgur.
Wednesday 26th May
Ulva and Tobermory on Mull
On Ulva visit Sheila’s Cottage Museum or take the stunning coastal
walk. In the afternoon, either walk to Aros Park on Mull or enjoy free
time in colourful Tobermory. Farewell Gala Dinner in the evening.
Thursday 27th May
Oban
Disembarkation in Oban.
